Mata Capital is an independent real estate investment management company.
Founded in October 2015 and owned by its management team, the firm has built a pan-European platform with offices in Paris, Lyon and Hamburg, focusing primarily on opportunities across France and Germany.
As of December 31, 2025, Mata Capital manages nearly €2.4 billion in assets and employs approximately 70 professionals. The firm is distinguished by:

Mata Capital surpasses €1 billion in assets under management, reaching a key milestone in its development and strengthening its position among leading institutional real estate investment managers. At the same time, Oddo BHF partners with Mata Capital to provide its clients with access to its real estate investment solutions.

A Diversified Group

After three years of growth and nearly €300 million entrusted by institutional investors and family offices, the Group strengthened its position as a diversified real estate platform by investing more than €100 million in office assets across the Greater Paris region.
What was the strategy?
A Core-Plus strategy focused on urban retail and logistics assets in major French metropolitan areas, combined with a Value-Add strategy targeting office properties in Greater Paris.
At the same time, the Group expanded its expertise in real estate private equity through the structuring and acquisition of Dalmata Hospitality, a leading French budget hotel platform comprising 45 hotels and integrating both real estate ownership and operating activities.

The repositioning of a retail asset in the Greater Paris region and the speculative development of 10,000 sqm of next-generation office space in Rennes.
