This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") informs you about how your personal data is processed and your rights, in connection with the use of the website www.matacapital.com (hereinafter the "Site") and the provision of services related to Mata Capital's activities via the Site (hereinafter the "Services").

When you register on the Site to use the Services, your personal data is processed by Mata Capital as the data controller.

What data do we collect about you?
When a user simply browses the Site without registering to use the Services, we only collect technical data such as their IP address.
For any user who registers on the Site and creates an account to use the Services, we collect other data enabling the creation of this account and allowing us to recontact them, if necessary, in response to an inquiry. For this purpose, we collect, in particular:

With whom do we share your personal data?
We share your personal data with some of our service providers who act on our instructions (providers ensuring the maintenance, development, and hosting of the Website, providers of online payment tools and marketing tools, etc.) for the purposes described in this Policy.
How long do we retain your personal data?
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above. Generally, we retain your personal data for the period strictly necessary for managing the commercial relationship with you and for a period of three (3) years from the deletion of your account or from your last login to your personal space on the Website.
If you object to receiving commercial marketing messages, we also retain your data for three (3) years after your objection in order to take into account and implement your request.
In the context of an inquiry or other contact with Mata Capital, we retain your data for a period of one (1) year from your last interaction with our services.
Furthermore, we may retain some of your personal data for a longer period, particularly when we are required to do so under a legal obligation (in particular, the provisions of Article L.533-10 of the Monetary and Financial Code) or when such data is necessary to establish proof of a right or a contract.
