Mata Capital announces the delivery of 360 Paris – Vanves, a redeveloped office complex located on the border between Paris and Vanves, as well as the signing of three leading companies representing over 21,000 m² of leased space.
An ambitious redevelopment project designed for new uses
Led by Mata Capital's teams in collaboration with the PCA-STREAM architectural agency and the City of Vanves, this project exemplifies Mata Capital's commitment to "rebuilding the city upon the city," by enhancing existing structures and supporting the area's evolution.
Formerly Orange's headquarters, the building has been completely redesigned to meet new office demands: more sustainable, more flexible, and fully integrated into its urban environment.
The complex features:
· 25,500 m² of office space,
· 2,600 m² of services,
· 1,370 m² of landscaped outdoor spaces, including a 600 m² rooftop offering panoramic views of Paris.
Designed to combine flexibility, performance, and quality of life at work, 360 Paris – Vanves offers open and modular spaces, fostering collaboration and organizational adaptability.
A leading environmental commitment
This project stands out for its commitment to environmental performance, aiming for high standards, notably with a 40% reduction in energy consumption compared to a traditional building of the same category.
The certifications HQE Excellent, BREEAM Excellent, BBC Effinergie, Osmoz, and WiredScore Silver, currently being obtained, demonstrate our commitment to combining quality of life, environmental respect, and innovation.
The building's handover was celebrated in the presence of Alexandre Brugère, Prefect of Hauts-de-Seine, Bernard Gauducheau, Mayor of Vanves, and Philippe Chiambaretta, Founding Architect of PCA-STREAM, whom Mata Capital thanks for their support during this symbolic milestone.
Three major companies join 360 Paris – Vanves
Following this handover, Safran, TotalEnergies, and Apec have chosen to establish themselves in the building.
These leases, representing over 21,000 m², will lead to the gradual arrival of more than 1,500 employees by the second quarter of 2026. They confirm the site's attractiveness and the relevance of its positioning.
Mata Capital thanks Safran, TotalEnergies, and Apec for their trust in this redevelopment project. Their commitment reinforces Mata Capital's ambition to design and manage responsible, innovative assets that are fully adapted to users' new expectations.
Mata Capital also extends its thanks to all the advisors and partners who supported these operations, including Colliers (tenant advisor for TotalEnergies Électricité & Gaz France and landlord advisor for Mata Capital), Groupe Kardham (advisor for Safran), Savills France (advisor for Apec), as well as law firms Archers Notaires and PDGB for their legal support.
