As part of the growth of its assets under management in value-add and opportunistic strategies, Mata Capital announces the appointment of Edouard Stevens, 36, as Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management.
With 13 years of experience, Edouard began his career in 2007 at JLL as an office consultant. For 8 years, he worked in this capacity, first with the North East team and then with the Major Projects team. This allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the Ile-de-France real estate markets and their key players. In 2017, Edouard joined Valream, where he helped close nearly 250 million euros in investments for foreign funds, focusing on value-add and opportunistic investments.
Edouard Stevens graduated in 2007 with a Master II degree in finance from EDC Paris Business School.
