Following the strategic partnership signed with the Oddo-BHF group for the development of funds aimed at private clients, Mata Capital announces the appointment of Foulques de Sainte Marie as Portfolio Management Director. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the core plus funds.
A graduate of Essec (MS Urban and Real Estate Management), Foulques de Sainte Marie, 32, began his career as a financial analyst at Perial Asset Management in 2014, before becoming Fund Manager for its Retail division and the group's three SCPIs.
He then joined the Atland-Voisin group in 2017 as Investment Manager, where he participated in nearly thirty acquisitions.
In parallel, he contributed to the development of a joint venture between Atland-Voisin and Drouot Estate (an Axa France subsidiary): MyShareCompany, a portfolio management company approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), where he became CEO. For MyShareCompany, he led the development of MyShareSCPI, a corporate real estate SCPI that generated a 5% return for three years between 2018 and 2020, with a capitalization of €160 million as of December 31, 2020.
