The Mata Capital teams are proud to present the GREEN OAK project, a 10,000 m² office complex set to be completed by the end of 2020, in Arcueil. Located in the Vache Noire area, a major hub in the southern suburbs of Paris, this asset will benefit from dual RER B and metro access (Barbara station, Line 4).
Developed by Kaufman & Broad, and co-designed by MOOTZ ET PELE ARCHITECTES and CALQ agencies, the project aligns with Mata Capital's commitment to CSR, including a mixed wood/concrete structure, quadruple certification, and triple energy labeling.
