Mata Capital has repositioned its building located at 1-5 avenue Carnot, in Massy, now renamed Yellow 05 (formerly EFG). This complete rebranding effort was carried out in collaboration with Nineteen agency, which notably included the complete renovation of the lobby and common areas. New services are now offered to users.
This repositioning coincides with the arrival in 2021 of three new tenants at the property, including very recently Auxo Achat Alimentaire (a joint purchasing center for Intermarché and Casino) occupying 1,700 m².
This follows the installation in the first half of the year of Crédit Mutuel Aménagement Foncier and the expansion of the historical tenant into new spaces. The overall occupancy rate of the property is now 96%.
As part of the lease signing with Auxo, the parties were advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
