The Suitcase Hospitality hotel group announces the opening of its 9th address in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, a high-end hotel, developed in partnership with Mata Capital and architect Franck Michigan.
A project initiated in 2017 by the management company with the acquisition of a 414 m² vacant plot. Mata Capital leveraged its dual expertise as investor-developer and made the strategic choice to maximize land use by building a 105-room hotel with a swimming pool, spanning 10 floors and a total area of 3,530 m².
After obtaining a building permit in 2018 and a PCM in 2019, Mata Capital signed a 12-year firm BEFA in January 2020 with operator Suitcase Hospitality, before selling the asset off-plan (VEFA) to La Française in March 2020. The management company adhered to the cost and duration of the works despite a macro-economic context of pandemic and war in Ukraine.
The hotel is ideally located opposite the main entrance of the Parc des Expositions, offering excellent road access and quick public transport connections from the capital's key hubs.
Finally, the building meets the latest environmental standards with its wooden facade, green wall and roof, irrigated by rainwater, and solar panels that provide 30% of the establishment's hot water. These strong features earned it BREEAM "Very Good" Certification.
